Refund policy

Return Window: Our return policy is valid for 5 days from the date you receive your item(s). If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition in which they were received, including the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase. We kindly request that you contact us before returning any items.

Custom Items: Due to the custom nature of certain products, they may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sale Items: Only items sold at regular price are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
